Klow Peptide Dosage Calculator
Klow peptide dosage calculator
Use the interactive calculator below to plan your Klow peptide research protocol. Enter your vial size, BAC water, target mcg dose, and syringe type — the calculator returns working concentration, volume per dose, IU draw on a U-100 / U-50 insulin syringe, daily total, cycle total, and the number of Klow vials your cycle needs.

How the Klow dosage calculator works
The math is simple: working concentration = peptide mg in the vial ÷ mL of BAC water added. Volume per dose = (desired mcg ÷ 1000) ÷ working concentration. On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 mL = 100 IU, so the IU mark on the syringe = volume in mL × 100.
Worked example
Klow-80 vial reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water = 40 mg/mL working concentration. A 500 mcg research dose = 0.5 mg ÷ 40 = 0.0125 mL = 1.25 IU on a U-100 syringe. An 8-week cycle at 500 mcg/day = 28 mg total — well within a single 80 mg Klow-80 vial.
